My girlfriend bought her first house financed by Central Group Mortgage today.  She knew nothing about the home loan and closing process.  Monica help tremendously through the entire process.  She even made contact late, the night before closing to remind my friend what to bring to the closing.  The constant communication by Monica removed any stress my friend had about making the house purchase.  Monica is so nice to go to the extra effort to make the process smooth.
