With rates closer to prime, this loan program helps borrowers secure a loan at flexible terms – one that are based on payment history, cash reserves, and credit depth. It does not even require income documents for qualification and can be secured using rental property cash flow or debt service coverage ratio (DSCR).
This loan program is best suited to borrowers who find it difficult to provide personal income documents or are unable to qualify using traditional debt-to-income (DTI) ratios.
